  1. INCEPTION AND GROWTH :

    The Badruka College Post-graduate center was setup in 1984 with
    the primary objective of promoting management education and research.

  2. COURSES :

    BCPGC offers Post-graduate courses in Business Management (MBA), commerce (M.Com), besides skill oriented Diploma courses in Taxation, Personnel Management, all affiliated to Osmania University. A NEW COURSE CALLED POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONL BUSINESS HAS BEEN STARTED IN 2005 UNDER THE AFFILIATION OF OSMANIA UNIVERSITY.Students are selected on the basis of Osmania University entrance examinations .Badruka is one of the preferred affiliated colleges. The two-year MBA programme is structured into 4 semesters of course work, practical training and a project. The course has the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
  1. INFRASTRUCTURE :
      
    1. Library : The Library at Badruka College Postgraduate Center is designed to meet the specialized needs of both Management and Commerce students. It has over 5,300 books on its racks 
    2. Computer Lab :The computer lab has Local Area Network (LAN) bridged with windows 2000 server, along with rich collection of licensed software. The institute has recently acquired an Internet connection to keep pace with the fast changing technology trends
       
    3. Audio-Visual Room : To enhance the quality of Lectures, Seminars and other academic exercises and to break the monotony of classroom sessions, the PG center has a good Audio-Visual setup, complete with OHP, Slide projectors, Movie projectors, LCD and VCR along with a vast collection of Videocassettes for the use of both the faculty and students.
  1. EXTRA-CURRICULAR FACILTIES :
      
    1. Seminars : The corporate seminars organized by the students of BCPGC, guest lectures delivered by professionals from the Industry and ties-up with various organizations like Hyderabad Management Association (HMA), Association of Indian Management Schools(AIMS) etc., have helped to create a platform for its students to familiarize themselves with the corporate culture

    2. Internship : The college takes up constructive steps for the development of the students. Internship in business organization to gain first hand experience of real life situations is one of the steps undertaken. Summer projects also help students gain professional exposure. The purpose is to motivate students to think beyond the scope of textbooks, work through real life problems and arrive effective solutions
    3. Personality Development Programme : The institute also takes interest in the overall development of its students and has a unique Personality Development Programme (PDP) for its final year students, which is conducted by experienced people in the respective fields. fields.
  1. PLACEMENT AND CONSULTANCY DIVISION :

    BCPGC has a separate active placement division for the benefit of its students. An interactive pre-placement training and research division of BCPGC is further divided into the Finance Wing, HR wing and the Marketing Wing. The division conducts Executive Development Programmes apart from offering consultancy services in the areas of Management and Information Systems.
