Abhirama Krishna (Abhi as he is fondly called) is a B. Tech (Mechanical) from REC Warangal and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore. He has over 40 years of corporate experience having worked in HMT, NarneTulaman, Elecon Engineering Group of Companies, NIIT, Rocsys Technologies and Mahindra Satyam.
He was the President and COO of Rocsys Technologies, Global Director Business Leadership at Satyam School of Leadership and Head Multiple Businesses at Mahindra Satyam. As Global Director at Satyam, he was responsible for developing a Global Leadership Pipeline at team, operational and strategic levels in more than 30 countries. He was one of the key architects responsible for Satyam winning the BEST Award and being ranked #1 in the world in Learning & Development by ASTD (2007).As Head Multiple Business at Mahindra Satyam, he was instrumental in developing Sales Leadership in Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra.
He was the Director of South State Business School and in addition to this role, he was also the Group Head HR of the St. Mary’s Educational Society. Currently he is the Director General of the Badruka Educational Society.
His area of specialization includes Sales and Marketing Management, Business Consulting and Leadership Development. He is an Executive Coach and Mentor to many CEO’s and Senior Leaders. He has conducted a large number of programs for Private, Public Sector Undertakings and Government Departments.
Abhi was the Past President of the National HRD Network Hyderabad Chapter and is a life member of the Hyderabad Management Association. He was awarded the “Most Distinguished Alumni” of REC Warangal in 2001. He is a much sought after speaker in various public forums and has inspired several students through his talks.
