The English Medium Junior College has quickly established a reputation for quality education and continued to attract a sizeable number of students every year for admission to the Civics-Economics-Commerce (CEC) and Mathematics –Economics-Commerce (MEC) groups.

The College has well-furnished ventilated and spacious classrooms. Necessary space for interaction and for playing indoor games has also been provided. Good libraries serve the academic needs of the students. To enable the students to keep themselves abreast of the latest developments, the college subscribes to several good magazines and newspapers.

• Slip tests, Unit tests, Half-yearly and Pre-final examinations are held with prior intimation.
• Progress Reports are issued from time to time.
• Leave forms are to be submitted with parent’s signature in case of absentees.
• Parent-teacher meeting is held once in a year for the progress of the student.
• As per the BIE, college observes all Govt. holidays. Every month Second Saturday is holiday.
• Scholarship provided by the Govt. to SC/ST/BC etc is also available to the eligible students.

The members of the teaching staff are highly disciplined and dedicated, and help the students in every aspect of their education and personality development. The students are also counseled regularly on various career options, to enable them to take appropriate decisions depending upon their aptitude.

The students are encouraged to participate in debates, elocution and essay writing competitions to bring out and develop their innate talent, as well as to develop their self confidence. They are encouraged to become members of various clubs in elocution, debate, poetry, essay writing etc. They are also trained and given opportunities to hone their organizational skills.

• Fresher's Party and Farewell Party are also celebrated for the students.

Badruka Institute of Professional Studies (BIPS) offers CPT coaching for CA, CS, and ICWA. Preferential and special attention is given to the girl students of Badruka Junior College for Girls for which a special batch is arranged for the purpose in Badruka Campus.

• ' Smt. Gulab Devi Nathmal Goenka Scholarship ' is given to economically weak, meritorious students.
• ' Sri Badrivishal Pannalal Pitti Trust ' scholarship is given to poor, needy and meritorious students.
• ' Badruka Gold Medals ' will be awarded to the College Toppers.

Ms. K Ramya (CEC – II year) stood 3rd in Andhra Pradesh in the CEC Group for the year 2003-04.
